What you do
As a Technical Service Team Leader, you are the link between the technical service and production. You ensure that technical interventions are carried out efficiently, safely, and qualitatively.
- Organize and manage the technical service
- Prepare work schedules and coordinate maintenance and intervention work
- Support the team in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical aspects
- Determine priorities and react quickly to technical malfunctions
- Responsibility for warehouse management and orders
- Monitor safety procedures and conduct internal audits
