Regional Manager

Do you want to lead where care truly matters? As a regional manager, you will guide teams in asylum seeker care. You combine leadership with social impact and ensure that healthcare professionals in your region can work optimally. A healthcare organization provides general practitioner care to asylum seekers at almost every reception location of a government institution.

What you will do.

• Lead diverse healthcare teams within your region and ensure that practices function well.
• Dare to make decisions in complex and challenging environments.
• Determine your own agenda and be regularly present at locations requiring attention.
• Coach employees, drive collaboration, and be responsible for personnel policy (recruitment, interviews, absence guidance).
• Seek new opportunities for service provision.
• Translate organizational goals into practice and create a safe, positive working environment where teams can grow.
• Monitor quality, achieve objectives, implement policy, and maintain contacts with chain partners.
• Be periodically scheduled for on-call services outside regular working hours, in accordance with the collective labor agreement for general practitioner care.
• Be responsible for various regions with asylum seeker centers (azc's) ranging from 200 to 1200 residents.
• Travel frequently to the different locations where you lead diverse teams, ranging from 2 to 10 colleagues.
• Meet once or twice a month with other regional managers at the head office.
