As an experienced consultant, you will carry out the primary implementation processes within the framework of the Decree on Assistance to the Self-Employed (Bbz 2004) and the Income Provision for Older and Partially Disabled Former Self-Employed Persons Act (Ioaz). You quickly identify what is at play, work solution-oriented, and help the self-employed person move forward (again). What you do
- Conducting (intake) interviews with clients/chain partners, for example, about rights, obligations, agreements, and loan constructions.
- Analyzing the viability of the company, possibly with external advice.
- Deploying or guiding towards available (additional) internal or external support, where appropriate and necessary.
- Handling, among other things, applications, internal reports, and preparing decisions.
- Managing the (administration of) individual files and reporting within internal systems.
- Collaborating integrally with internal employees from, among others, the Broad Social Desk and Economic Affairs, and external cooperation partners to achieve the best possible customized support.
- Carrying out the follow-up process such as conducting recovery and debtor investigations, termination investigations, and other activities, coordinating or collaborating with the recovery and recourse employee if necessary.
- Providing support, where necessary, in objection and appeal procedures and, upon request, providing input for policy development or administrative reporting, for example.
- Acting as an (internal) sounding board and, upon request, participating in network activities to optimize information about the (underlying) services both internally and externally.
- Upon request and if necessary, carrying out activities resulting from other (temporary) municipal entrepreneur schemes.

- A demonstrable completed MBO 4 education.
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable work experience as a Consultant or similar within the Bbz and/or Ioaz field.
- Agreement with the stated secondment condition.
Preferences.
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable work experience with guiding and processing applications in the field of Bbz, Ioaz.
- Demonstrable knowledge and/or work experience with processing applications, conducting interviews, guiding, reporting, and making decisions, aimed at entrepreneurs.
- Demonstrable work experience within a public organization or joint cooperation.
- Demonstrable work experience with assessing profit and loss accounts / legal control and accuracy and completeness of data.
