You are the administrative and organizational linchpin between Operations and Maintenance.
- You ensure the digitalization, structuring, and optimization of maintenance tasks in SAP-PM with a view to an upcoming shutdown period.
- You map standard maintenance activities, update task plans, and align standard times with reality.
- Additionally, you ensure that tasks are clearly and standardizedly documented to promote the mobile work order process.
What you do
- Rewrite and adapt existing task plans and instructions in SAP-PM, so that they are directly applicable and readable within the mobile application for technicians and operators.
- Adjust planned lead times and hour estimates in SAP based on recently collected actual time expenditures.
- Ensure standards in task plans.
- Proactively collaborate with process owners and area owners to systematically map maintenance activities that are not yet documented.
- Identify notable deviations between theory and practice and provide input for further lean deep-dives within a Lean program.
- Systematically and structuredly prepare maintenance work for the first months of a shutdown period according to a Turn-Around.
- Ensure that work orders are fully documented and ready in terms of steps, required hours, and standard components.
- Manage and monitor spare parts and warehouse links within SAP.
- Monitor and manage the database for the lubrication program, including validation and safeguarding of associated certificates.
Profile
- Minimum A2/Bachelor in a technical field (Electromechanics, Mechanics, or Maintenance Technology) or equivalent by experience.
- Eye for data integrity and detail, with the ability to guard strict milestones.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in an industrial production environment within maintenance administration, work preparation, or maintenance planning.
- Demonstrable, thorough knowledge of SAP-PM, specifically regarding the setup of preventive maintenance, task lists, work orders, and data maintenance.
- Sufficient general mechanical background to understand the content of standard industrial maintenance work (seals, industrial cleaning, bolted connections) and describe them correctly.
