For a family business with over 57 years of experience in producing high-quality injection molded products and semi-finished goods, a Technical Operator is sought. The products are custom-made for clients across Europe and range from 100 grams to 25 kilograms. You will be responsible for the optimal operation of the production process, setting up machines, troubleshooting, and monitoring product quality.

What you do
- Ensure a smooth and efficient production process in collaboration with the team leader and a fellow Technical Operator.
- Start up, set up, and adjust machines as needed.
- Quickly resolve technical malfunctions.
- Connect silos and tanks, change injectors and hoses.
- Actively contribute ideas for improvements to the production process.
- Perform quality controls and adjust when products do not meet specifications.
- In the absence of the team leader, take over the daily management of the production process, including maintaining an overview and supporting production employees with technical questions.
- Ensure that production runs safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
Profile
- Completed MBO (intermediate vocational education) degree, preferably in a technical field.
- Experience as an operator or in a technical production environment.
- Technical insight and the ability to independently analyze and resolve malfunctions.
- Work accurately and have an eye for quality.
- Ability to maintain a good overview and set priorities.
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system; opportunities also exist for a 2-shift system.
