You will take responsibility for your own branch, lead a team, and make a daily impact on the development of young people. This role combines entrepreneurship, management, and education. You are ultimately responsible for the success of the branch and ensure that students receive the guidance that helps them learn more effectively, develop self-confidence, and achieve better results.
You run the branch as an entrepreneur within the organization, manage a team of student mentors, maintain contact with parents and schools, and ensure optimal qualitative and organizational performance. You are visibly present daily, identify opportunities in the region, and build sustainable collaborations. Where necessary, you contribute to homework guidance yourself.
What you do
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of student mentors.
- Conducting intake, evaluation, and advisory discussions with students and parents.
- Organizing schedules, administration, and action plans.
- Building and maintaining relationships with schools and other stakeholders in the region.
