An infrastructure organization is looking for a traffic measures employee. You will ensure the safety of road users and colleagues by correctly placing traffic measures at various project locations. You will work extensively outdoors and be given the freedom to carry out your work independently.
What you will do.
- Load traffic measures with a colleague
- Install road closures and place traffic signs as described in the drawings, and learn to interpret them
- Consult with work planners and engineers in case of on-site deviations to find safe solutions
- After projects, collect traffic measures and sort everything at the yard for reuse
- Maintain materials, apply new stickers to signs, and clear away unusable traffic measures on days without outdoor projects
