Project Leader operational management local teams
A government organization is building a strong foundation for young people and families. The organization works with local teams that provide support close to families, visible in the neighborhood, and connected with education, care, welfare, and other partners. The local teams are in a phase of setup, development, and further embedding. For the teams to function well, various components of operational management must be organized coherently.
This includes housing, facilities, workplaces, ICT, systems, accounts and authorizations, administrative support, privacy, information provision, accessibility, and other supporting processes. The project leader ensures that the organizational and operational preconditions for the local teams are set up and further developed in a timely, careful, and workable manner. The project leader translates the ambitions and needs of the local teams into concrete actions, working agreements, plans, and improvement proposals.
The assignment has a broad and dynamic character. The project leader is expected to identify additional operational management issues early, create coherence, and propose and organize a practical approach. The intended result is that operational management is demonstrably further set up and improved, and where possible, embedded.
