Since 2017, a collaboration of healthcare institutions has been successfully working within a single shared electronic patient record (EPR): HiX by ChipSoft. The management organization is responsible for the administration, continuous development, and optimization of this regional EPR. Close collaboration is maintained with healthcare professionals from the participating hospitals to continuously improve care processes using the latest digital possibilities.

What you will do.
- Liaise daily between users, healthcare departments, and fellow application administrators
- Contribute to improvements and translate user wishes into smart solutions within HiX
- Support healthcare professionals with questions and challenges in the daily use of the system
- Periodically participate in on-call duty
- Ensure that the EPR optimally meets the needs of users, combining system knowledge with insight into healthcare processes and strong communication skills

- HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of laws and regulations, such as NEN7510, WGBO, and privacy legislation
- Knowledge of or affinity with change processes and ITIL
- Experience or interest in the field of EPR and healthcare processes
Practical
- A one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position
- Much flexibility in how and where you work, with the possibility to combine working from home and working on-site
