This assignment is with an organization that matches technical specialists with energy transition projects. You will play a crucial role in guiding technical designs and leading an engineering team.
What you will do.
- Assess client issues for completeness, technical feasibility
- Act as a technical sparring partner and sounding board for the client and the engineering team
- Prepare, evaluate, and guide technical designs in the VO, DO, and UO phases
- Monitor the quality, consistency, and progress of engineering activities within projects
- Control and guide the work of engineers within the team
- Coordinate with other disciplines and departments to ensure the design process aligns well with the realization phase
What they ask for.
- Completed HBO degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Installation Technology
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience with building-related installations
- Proven experience in leading and guiding a small engineering team of approximately 4 to 6 employees
- Thorough knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, standards, and software packages
- Good command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing
