P&O Advisor

You will be part of a P&O team of 7 colleagues.

• You will collaborate with colleagues from payroll administration, legal status, prevention and occupational health, organizational consulting, and P&O consulting.
• You will report to the P&O team leader.

What you will do.

• Advise and support team leaders and employees on HR policy and implementation regulations, both proactively and upon request.
• Be involved in recruitment and selection procedures.
• Identify new developments and improvement opportunities for strategy and sustainable HR policy.
• Proactively contribute to HR strategy.
• Collaborate on various projects.
• Play a role in the tender for the occupational health service.
• Collaborate on the implementation of new legislation, such as the wage transparency act.
• Collaborate on the implementation of the vitality policy.
• Collaborate on the project for the optimization of AFAS.

What they ask

• Minimum of 5 years demonstrable work experience in the role of P&O advisor and/or directly comparable function, of which at least 2 years within a government organization.
• Demonstrable completed HR and/or directly comparable education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level.
• Demonstrable work experience with the implementation of new legislation in the field of HR.
• Demonstrable work experience with AFAS.
• Demonstrable work experience with Occupational Health policy.
• Agree to the stated secondment conditions.

Preferences.

• Demonstrable completed HR education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level.
• At least 1 demonstrable reference project in the field of Occupational Health.
• At least 1 year demonstrable work experience in the past 3 years with AFAS.
• At least 1 year demonstrable work experience with the implementation of new legislation, such as the wage transparency act and/or directly comparable legislation.
• Demonstrable work experience in the past 10 years in the role of P&O advisor, of which at least 2 years within a government organization.
