What you do
- Responsible for finding, interviewing, and guiding talent within the industrial and logistics sectors
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients
- Manage your own client portfolio and collaborate with regular clients
- Regularly be present on client sites to understand the organization, culture, and personnel needs
- Conduct intake interviews with candidates
- Write appealing vacancy texts
- Actively search for talent via job boards
- Visit clients and advise them on their recruitment challenges
- Work on filling open vacancies
- Celebrate successful placements with colleagues
