- Extensive and demonstrable experience as an independent P&O advisor in a large organization, preferably within a government institution.
- Experience with specific laws and regulations (BARD and AMAR) and reorganization is a plus.
- Proficient in working with Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and cost-conscious, providing clear and realistic advice.
- Combines a results-oriented and people-oriented approach with organizational interests.
- Works independently but can also collaborate excellently, even under time pressure.
- Skilled in designing and implementing recruitment and selection processes.
- Willingness to work at various locations of the organization.
Practical
- Dutch nationality is required.
