The Facility Mid-level team consists of 20 people.
What you do
- Take responsibility for the efficient and effective management of facility services at the schools.
- Manage and maintain contracts with facility service providers, prioritizing service to the internal client.
- Operationally lead a total of 20 people, divided across multiple facility teams.
- Optimize processes within facility services and translate tactical and strategic policy into concrete actions.
- Advise management and the board on facility policy and ensure optimal cooperation with external parties.
- Together with your teams, ensure a welcoming reception and a pleasant and safe learning environment for all students, guests, and colleagues.
What they ask
- Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in Facility Management, Higher Hotel School, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as a manager in a facility or hospitality environment.
- Strong communication skills and a solid discussion partner for management and educational managers, also capable of providing operational leadership to your team.
