For a government organization, we are looking for an Advisor Project Transfer, Management Requirements and Asset Information. In this role, you ensure a smooth transfer of projects to management and contribute to reliable asset information and a future infrastructure. With your knowledge and advice, you help management processes run smoothly and efficiently. You develop a clear working method for the collaboration between the project and management organization throughout the entire project lifecycle.

  • You ensure that management interests, asset information, and transfer requirements are safeguarded throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You connect to the asset management systems used and relevant information standards.
  • You develop and secure the role of the management organization in determining, testing, and accepting management requirements and asset information.
  • You independently determine the approach and working methods to achieve the results.

Deliverables.

  • Uniform framework: coherent management requirements, asset information requirements, transfer requirements, and working methods. • Connection to standards: the relationship with, among others, IMBOR, NEN 2767, and the adopted object structures and decompositions. It also describes how requirements are recorded, managed, and traceably linked to the different levels of these decompositions.
  • Elaboration for projects: principles for the structure of demand specifications, management requirements, and supporting annexes.
  • Process framework: process requirements for the collaboration between project and management, with for each project phase, type of change, and decision moment, the moments when management is involved and when testing, stop, and attendance points are needed.
  • Acceptance framework: testing moments, quality criteria, and acceptance conditions for transfer, including asset information requirements, processing in asset management systems, and the handling of deviations.
  • Standard transfer file: a file with a checklist stating which documents, data, and approvals are minimally required for transfer to management.
  • Implementation and safeguarding advice: advice for the introduction and sustainable application of the working method within the Infrastructure Management department.
