An organization is expanding and is looking for experienced, confident B2B Cold Callers / Appointment Setters. The organization works with roofing companies and provides lead lists, the offer, the sales framework, and guidance.
What you do
- Speak with business owners
- Identify potential pain points and qualify prospects
- Schedule qualified introductory meetings for a sales specialist
- Follow up consistently
- Track your conversations and results
What they ask
- Experience with cold calling / appointment setting is required
- Proven experience with B2B outbound sales
- Fluent English or Dutch
- Comfortable with a high call volume
- Confident in conversations with business owners
- Strong in handling objections and good communication skills
- Consistent, coachable
- Reliable internet, a good headset, and a professional work environment
- This is NOT a position for beginners. Experience in conducting natural conversations and scheduling qualified appointments is essential.
Compensation.
- Performance-/commission-based.
- Projects typically range between $3,000–$8,000+, with commission for setters currently around $300–$800 per closed deal.
