As a care assistant, you support nurses in various departments within a healthcare organization. You help patients with daily care and contribute to a clean and tidy environment. You work through a flexible agency and join existing teams in various nursing departments. You have a say in your schedule and communicate your availability.
What you do
- Assist patients with daily care, such as washing, dressing, and using the toilet.
- Serve meals and drinks.
