• Recruit and activate new (cadre) members.
• Guide and support cadre members to improve the organization's position.
• Activities take place within a team focused on industry.
• Opportunity to work in other (food) sectors, often in pairs.

What you will do.

• Build and maintain an extensive network.
• Actively recruit new members for the trade union and retain existing members.
• Create a strong and engaged community of trade union members.
• Establish trade union structures and networks within companies.
• Organize employees in the food industry, with specific attention to the Industrial and Artisan Bakers sector.
• Create a solid foundation where employees can unite and advocate for their interests.
• Provide information and advice to employees in this sector, with an emphasis on work and income, employment conditions, workplace rights, and financial aspects.
• Engage in collective advocacy through active trade union work.
• Organize protests and campaigns to bring about positive changes.
