• Conducts home visits and builds a relationship of trust.
• Looks at the strengths and opportunities within the family, not just the problems.
• Teaches families new skills and actively practices them in their own environment.
• Guides families with complex issues who sometimes need a push.
• Knows how to connect, motivate, and make goals concrete.
• Works with various family dynamics and understands that each family needs something different.
• Writes care plans and reports on successes and challenges.
• Supports families with diverse requests for help.
• Works methodically and purposefully to strengthen families and increase their self-reliance.
• Considers what a family needs to continue independently in the long term.
• Collaborates within a basic team, learns from colleagues, and shares successes.
• Has excellent knowledge of the social map and youth and family support.
• Organizes your own agenda and activities independently.
• Visits families flexibly, both during the day and in the evening.

What they ask

• Completed HBO bachelor's degree in anagogical direction (e.g., Social Work or Pedagogy) or a WO degree in Orthopedagogy.
• SKJ registered (or immediately eligible for registration).
• In possession of a driving license and own transport, and willing to travel throughout the province for work.
• A Christian faith conviction and the ability to articulate what this means to you.

• Independent and entrepreneurial type.
• A good dose of creativity and a strong personality.
• Good at handling complex situations.
• Dares to make decisions and remains calm when things get complicated.
