This role supports airline passengers in claiming compensation for delayed or canceled flights. It is an on-call position, focused on information sharing, passenger support, and professional representation.
What you do
- Respond on short notice and travel to the airport arrivals area when notified of a disruption.
- Distribute informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight and explain how the organization can assist them.
- Communicate with passengers in a friendly, calm, and professional manner.
- No airport security clearance is required for this role.
What they ask
- Residence in or around the airport location.
- Good Dutch language skills (minimum B2 level).
- English or additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable interacting with the public in a professional manner.
Practical
- Completely flexible schedule based on flight disruption events. Work only when incidents occur and you are available.
