You will work as an educational professional at various locations of a childcare organization in specific neighborhoods. You will guide children of different ages and devise fun and creative activities. You decide when and how much you work, which can be perfectly combined with your studies, another job, or private life. You will work at various locations, providing a lot of variety and the opportunity to discover what suits you best.
Permanent colleagues handle administrative tasks, allowing you to fully focus on the children.

Profile
- Flexible, enthusiastic
- Identifies a child's needs and creates an optimal development environment
- Suitable diploma according to the Collective Labor Agreement for Childcare (e.g., educational professional, teaching assistant, sport & movement)
- Or pursuing a child-focused HBO or WO education (e.g., PABO, pedagogy, educational sciences) with sufficient credits for after-school care or daycare
- Speaks good Dutch and meets the IKK language requirement
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) or willing to apply for one (costs will be reimbursed)
- Previous experience working with children is a plus
- Finds working with children the most enjoyable thing there is
Practical
- You provide your (fixed) availability, after which you will be scheduled
- A preference for an age group can be indicated
- You will work in different teams, with a dedicated manager as a central point of contact
- There is always room to consult with colleagues
