This non-profit organization is committed to public health. With a large marketing database containing donors, volunteers, and information requesters, knowledge, analysis, and reporting on these customer groups are crucial for fundraising activities. To work even more data-driven with advanced marketing intelligence and marketing automation, the organization is looking for a Data Analyst.
What you will do. You will fulfill a broad, all-round data function. In addition to analyses and reports, you will also address operational data issues and contribute to reliable, usable data streams. You will focus primarily on marketing data and provide insight into the characteristics and behavior of various donor groups.
- Generate selections and report on results
- Analyze data and develop and maintain dashboards, for example in the areas of response, conversion, and customer value
- Address various operational and analytical data issues
- Advise marketing colleagues on current and future marketing activities
- Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in data streams
You will work in a team of data analysts and database employees and report to the ICT & Data manager. You will collaborate closely with marketing colleagues.
Profile
You are a team player who enjoys collaborating but can also work independently. You are curious, follow current developments in the field, and get energy from puzzling with data. Furthermore, you are proactive, analytical, and flexible.
- HBO/WO (higher professional education/university) work and thinking level
- Three to five years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with data analysis
- Good command of the Dutch language
- Knowledge of statistical research methods and analyses
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with CRM within an (online) marketing environment
- Experience with analyzing and interpreting data from online channels is a plus
- Affinity with the organization's mission
- Proficient in SQL
