You focus on staffing issues at management and director level within an executive organization of a ministry.
- You ensure the right people, at the right time, and in the right place for major projects and maintenance.
- You take over tasks from a departing colleague and handle them independently, with the support of documentation and an onboarding package.
- You gain a broad overview of current and upcoming projects and programs.
- You work in a pleasant and close-knit team.
What you do
- Assess whether the requested production output fits within financial and capacity frameworks.
- Offer suitable solutions for bottlenecks or the need for additional staff for projects.
- Ensure the correct alignment between capacity demand and available supply.
- Participate in periodic work meetings about production.
- Monitor projects for capacity management.
- Provide strategic and tactical advice for optimal staffing.
What they ask
- Minimum of an HBO (higher professional education) level degree.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Minimum of 3 years of knowledge and work experience in a comparable advisory role within a larger organization (>250 employees).
- Availability to perform work at the Utrecht location for a minimum of 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays), potentially more intensively during the onboarding period.
Preferences.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with business operations within the government; preferably within an executive organization of a ministry.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with capacity planning, resource planning, or workforce management and advising on these.
- Minimum of a completed HBO degree in business administration, public administration, business economics, or organizational sciences.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with ensuring reliable and accessible information provision and independent advice on it.
