Thanks to your involvement, organizational talent, and proactive attitude, you quickly switch between administration, personnel guidance, and operational issues. No day is the same; one morning you welcome new employees during their onboarding, while in the afternoon you brainstorm with a manager about staffing or address an HR issue.
What you will do.
- Guide flexible employees throughout their entire employment and be their first point of contact for questions, guidance, and support.
- Manage contracts, process HR administration, and ensure personnel processes are executed accurately and timely.
- Collaborate intensively with managers and colleagues to achieve optimal personnel planning and staffing.
- Contribute to job satisfaction, well-being, and employee development by conducting discussions and highlighting growth opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to organize HR processes smarter and more efficiently and translate improvement ideas into concrete actions.
Profile
