For a prominent telecom organization, we are looking for a Product Manager who looks beyond just writing tickets and managing roadmaps. We are seeking someone who understands how the product truly works and ensures it actually gets delivered.
What you do
- You will work at the intersection of Commercial, Product & Technology within this leading telecom organization.
- Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be the link between business and tech.
- You are the person who takes ideas from "can we do this?" to "it's live," without being a developer or architect yourself.
- You will work on several new commercial and customer-focused propositions, from new ways for customers to use and pay for services to improving existing telecom products and customer interactions.
- You will work closely with development teams and commercial stakeholders.
- You understand APIs, integrations, BSS/OCS, billing flows, and system dependencies.
Profile
- 8-10+ years of Product / Product Owner / Technical Product experience.
- Comes from telecom, FinTech, payments, SaaS, or a similarly complex environment.
- Technically strong enough to challenge engineers and quickly identify risks.
- Can quickly understand and work with data to make decisions.
- Has the seniority to make decisions with significant impact.
- Has no ego — you’re visible, hands-on, and focused on getting things done.
