What you do
- Lead a service team of mechanics and technical specialists.
- Actively manage capacity, productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure smooth daily service delivery to customers.
- Bring structure and clarity to daily operations.
- Drive performance, capacity, quality, and safety.
- Address employees regarding agreements, behavior, and ownership.
- Ensure timely and correct processing of hour registrations, administration, and work orders.
- Monitor operational results and costs.
- Handle escalations.
- Work closely with planning, sales, and other internal stakeholders.
- Drive development, professional competence, and sustainable embedding of improvements.
- Maintenance planning, certification, audits, safety inspections, and reporting on KPIs and risks.
Safety.
- Ensure safe working methods and compliance with procedures.
- Increase safety awareness within the team.
Profile
- Experienced operational leader and change manager.
- Decisive and results-oriented.
- Not afraid of resistance.
- Able to involve employees in change.
- Dares to make clear choices and tough decisions.
Preferences.
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level, preferably Electrical Engineering.
- Extensive leadership experience within a technical service or maintenance environment.
- Experience with operational improvement and change projects.
- Experience with KPIs, capacity, productivity, and service contracts.
- Strong technical affinity.
- A clear and results-oriented leadership style.
What they ask
- Minimum of four years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum of two years of leadership experience.
- TBV, VCA-VOL, and NEN3140 VP certifications.
