This organization is a sustainable and inspiring ecosystem for entrepreneurs. It offers office spaces, meeting and conference rooms, and is developing its own restaurant concept. The organization hosted over 500 events last year, ranging from small meetings to conferences for 200 people.
What you will do.
- Coordinate and organize business events, conferences, meetings, and gatherings.
- Handle quotation requests, relationship management, and commercial activities.
- Monitor schedules and ensure optimal event preparation.
- Maintain contact with clients, guests, tenants, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Ensure a professional and hospitable reception for visitors.
- Manage and supervise operational execution during events.
- Monitor the quality, appearance, and representativeness of the location, both indoors and outdoors.
- Organize community events such as networking drinks, lunches, and knowledge sessions.
- Identify areas for improvement and opportunities to further develop services.
- Contribute ideas for the further growth of the organization and the development of the restaurant concept.
Profile
- Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree, preferably in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Hotel School, or similar.
- Strong organizational skills and easily maintains an overview.
- Hospitable, presentable, and communicatively skilled.
- Works independently, takes initiative, and identifies tasks.
- Enjoys maintaining contact with various stakeholders.
- Eye for quality and details.
- Flexible availability, occasional evening or weekend work possible.
