For a large financial organization, an expert in insider threat security analysis is sought.
What you do
- You will play a pivotal role in the design and implementation of the Insider Threat program.
- The focus is on User and Entity Behaviour Analytics (UEBA) capabilities, governance setup, tool evaluation, and stakeholder engagement.
What they ask
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, ideally with experience in Insider Threat or security detection.
- Familiarity with UEBA, SIEM, and security analytics tools.
- Experience working with HR and Legal stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and privacy frameworks.
- Experience within the European financial service's regulatory environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
- Strong analytical, structured, and problem-solving capabilities.
