- Inspect plumbing work upon arrival at the property.
- Dismantle and dispose of old installations in bathrooms, kitchens, and toilets.
- Relocate and replace water and drainage pipes.
- Create new drains and connect them to the existing sewage system.
- Install sanitary ware and prepare the property for rental.
- Check for leaks and report the property ready via the app.

You are a plumber who proactively identifies what needs to be done and leaves a property tidy. You are capable of independently solving unexpected problems in older buildings.
