You will be involved from day one in a real estate agency. You will learn the profession in practice, gain responsibility, and gradually grow into a real estate agent. This is a place where you can truly participate, not just observe from the sidelines.
What you will do.
- Participate in the entire buying and selling process
- Guide buyers and sellers from A to Z
- Build strong relationships with clients and owners
- Actively prospect and search for new properties
- Follow up on leads and collaborate with clients
- Learn to manage files independently
- Take on increasing responsibility and grow into an independent role as a real estate agent
Profile
- Completed real estate agent training and ready for an IPI internship
- Work under a self-employed status
- Driving license B
- Fluent in Dutch and French
- Social, eager to learn
- Easily connect with people and open doors with a well-groomed, friendly appearance
- Listen well, ask the right questions, and quickly understand client needs
- Flexible and responsible
- Energized by personal contact
- Willing to make extra efforts, including evening or weekend work
