Personal Trainer

For a small premium gym, we are looking for an enthusiastic Personal Trainer who looks beyond muscles, kilos, and training schedules. You will contribute to a vision where strength, mobility, recovery, and well-being are viewed as components of a whole.

What you will do.

• Help clients become stronger, more mobile, and physically more resilient.
• Pay attention to body awareness, joint health, breathing, the nervous system, and sustainable progress.
• Observe, listen, and tailor your approach to what someone needs at that moment.
• Not only make people fitter but also help them better understand how their body works.
• Contribute to planning, organization, or light administrative tasks.

What they ask

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Trainer.
• Understand that the body constantly communicates and that physical complaints are not always isolated.
• Attention to the interplay between body, thoughts, emotions, stress, recovery, and life context.
• No quick fixes, standard trajectories, or one-size-fits-all schedules.
• Social, empathetic, and emotionally mature.
• Ability to build trust and challenge people when necessary.
• Enjoy working autonomously and as part of a small team.

Preferences.

• Background or additional training in fasciatherapy, functional training, mobility, burnout coaching, breathwork, or guidance around menopause.
• Affinity and experience with a predominantly female 40+ clientele.
