As a hospitality operator, you take full charge of the organization of a brasserie in a sports center. You are the driving force behind daily operations and ensure that visitors can enjoy a snack and a drink in a pleasant atmosphere after exercising.
What you do
- Organize and coordinate all operations of the brasserie
- Supervise production, sales, orders, and inventory management
- Assemble, coach, motivate, and manage a strong team
- Create work schedules and ensure a clear division of tasks
- Be responsible for personnel administration and accounting
- Create a relaxed atmosphere in the venue and ensure good contact with customers
- Act as a host/hostess to keep the brasserie running and make visitors feel welcome
Profile
- Entrepreneurial, customer-focused, and driven to run a hospitality business in a sporting environment
- Experience in the hospitality sector as an operator or manager
- A true people manager who can lead and inspire a team
- Flexible: working on weekdays, weekends, and holidays is natural for you
- Customer and results-oriented, stress-resistant
- Combines hospitality with a warm and professional demeanor
- Language skills: Dutch (Very good)
- Required studies: Secondary education or equivalent by experience
