The study coaching team is looking for reinforcements to meet the growing demand for study guidance, subject-specific tutoring, and coaching. Versatile professionals are sought for freelance collaboration. Coaching sessions are flexible and can be scheduled during the day, in the evening, or on weekends. The target group consists of secondary school students and/or higher education students, depending on diploma and subject knowledge.
What you do
- Provide tutoring in your field(s) of expertise.
- No preparation at home or personal materials required.
- Utilize the student's own materials and available supporting materials.
- Complete a case file on-site after coaching and respond to the evaluation email.
Profile
- At least 18 years old and having completed the first year of a bachelor's degree program.
- Broad general knowledge.
- Excellent listener, asks the right questions, and gets to the core of study problems.
- Fluent communication, focused on trajectory goals and the success of students.
- Flexible in approach and adaptable to unique study needs.
- Able to provide suitable study methods tailored to each content, using personal experience and provided methodologies.
- A true team player, valuing teamwork.
- Well-organized, with an eye for the needs of others and quality.
- Determined and not discouraged by constructive criticism.
- Enjoys variety and is driven by passion.
