Result areas.
- Drafting and delivering a complete and substantiated study on the renewal, development, and possible reallocation of three school locations, in collaboration with a specialized research agency.
- Developing and delivering concrete development and reallocation scenarios for the three school locations, including spatial, social, and real estate-related consequences per scenario.
- Delivering substantiated advice on the preferred scenario for the three school locations, including further elaboration directions for the subsequent phase.
- Delivering the necessary administrative documents for decision-making, so the study and advice can be submitted to the municipal council.
- Delivering a participation and alignment result, in which the relevant interests and input from residents and other stakeholders are demonstrably incorporated into the final advice.
- Delivering the definitive research and advice dossier before the summer holiday, so it can be submitted to the municipal council for decision-making in a timely manner.

What they ask
- Demonstrable work experience in the past 5 years with housing projects within a municipality of less than 50,000 inhabitants.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience as a project leader within the physical and/or real estate domain within a municipal organization.
- Demonstrably completed education in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Spatial Planning, Urban Planning, Traffic Engineering at a minimum of HBO-bachelor level.
