Business Project Leader for IT Projects
The assignment has a temporary and results-oriented character, focusing on simultaneously guiding multiple information provision projects. The project leader ensures a structured approach, managing time, money, capacity, quality, risks, and scope. The main goal is the realization of agreed project results, including a successful handover to management. The project leader supports clients in drafting project assignments, plans of approach, and decision-making.
Additionally, the project leader is responsible for progress reports, stakeholder management, supplier management, and information management within the projects. By the end of the assignment, two to four information provision projects or project phases will have demonstrably progressed to a next maturity phase, with agreed results achieved within the set frameworks of time, money, quality, and capacity, and the continuity of management and use ensured.

- Delivering an implemented solution ready for handover to management
- Inventorying optimization needs

Profile
You are hired for your specialized knowledge and experience in project management, information provision, implementations, and change processes within the public sector.

- Demonstrably completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable work experience in the role of project leader
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable work experience with information provision projects
- Demonstrable work experience with specification, tendering, implementation, and change processes
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience with information provision within a government organization
- Demonstrably completed education or certification PRINCE2, IPMA, Agile/Scrum and/or directly comparable
- Candidate agrees to the stated secondment condition
