As a supervisor, you offer residents a safe, warm, and stable home environment where they can develop to their full potential and feel good. You provide tailored support to residents with living, care, comfort, and daily activities, with special attention to their individual needs and possibilities. The focus is on quality care, creating structure, and offering meaningful basic activities.
What you will do.
- Ensure an orderly and pleasant living environment.

- possess a diploma in a care-oriented education.
- are willing to work early, late, and weekend shifts.
