A government organization is undergoing significant changes within a digital transformation program.

Within this program, multiple teams and workstreams are simultaneously addressing complex change challenges, including data-driven work.
You will bring together, manage, and lead to decision-making the various tracks within the data-driven workstream.

What you do

Lead the Data-Driven Work working group, bringing together involved disciplines and tracks.
Monitor the coherence, progress, and prioritization among the different tracks within the working group.
Be the point of contact for the program manager regarding progress, risks, and choices within data-driven work.
Drive the translation of data questions into measurement plans and the construction of Power BI dashboards.
Ensure this track aligns with data management and the new data platform.
Manage the setup of data management, including governance, roles, and processes.
Manage the setup of the architecture for a new data platform, including the potential establishment of pilots.
Coordinate the process for approving the data strategy, including alignment sessions.
Identify bottlenecks and risks between tracks early and ensure decision-making where necessary.
Actively liaise with the program manager about progress, risks, and alignment within the broader program.

What they ask

Demonstrable experience as a quartermaster or leader of a multidisciplinary working group within a data or digitalization project.
Experience managing multiple tracks/specialists simultaneously (BI, data management, architecture).
Experience as a quartermaster or program manager, where topics such as data management, (data) architecture, data platforms, and data strategy have been addressed.
Experience in (semi-)public implementing organizations with a strong focus on operational execution.
