Home care nurse
The workday of a home care nurse often starts early. You visit patients in their home environment and provide them with the necessary quality care. The role of a home care nurse differs from other nursing jobs. You work independently with the support of a team. You perform various technical nursing care tasks and can rely on advice from experienced colleagues. - Ability to work independently
- Social

- Knowledge of working with a tablet or smartphone
- Driving license B
- Required studies: Graduate in Nursing
- Language skills: Dutch (good)
Practical
- In consultation with the team, you make decisions to offer the best care
- You travel independently
- You work 1 weekend out of two weeks
- By working in the personal living environment, you gain a better overall picture of your patients, which creates a closer bond
- Via a software package (on your tablet or smartphone), you receive your daily schedule and can follow up and update nursing files
- All other administrative tasks are centralized and done for you
