As an acting rehabilitation physician or physician assistant, you will actively contribute to both clinical and outpatient patient care within a specialist group focused on collaboration, quality, and patient-centeredness. Your activities will encompass the full spectrum of rehabilitation medicine, with room to further develop your own areas of focus.
What you do
- Actively contribute to clinical and outpatient patient care
- Work within a specialist group focused on collaboration, quality
- Be involved in diagnostics, treatment, and guidance within a multidisciplinary team
- Practice rehabilitation medicine in its full breadth
- Opportunity to develop your own areas of focus, such as neurological rehabilitation, amputation rehabilitation, or pediatric rehabilitation
- Align the content of your work with your knowledge, experience, and interests, in conjunction with the department's needs
Profile
- BIG-registered rehabilitation physician (or AIOS in the final phase of training) OR a BIG-registered rehabilitation physician assistant
- Broadly oriented within hospital rehabilitation and enjoys working across the full spectrum of the field
- Affinity with pediatric rehabilitation is a plus but not essential; there is room to develop in this area if you are interested
- Holistic thinker, asks probing questions, thinks deeply, perseveres, with the goal of providing the right care to the right patient and making well-considered decisions collaboratively
- Trusts in self and actively seeks collaboration and connection
