Work as a Recruitment Consultant for an organization that operates between the dynamics of an agency and the working method of a corporate recruiter.
- The organization always works on behalf of its clients.
- The focus is on technology and industry, including manufacturers, suppliers, wholesalers, consulting and engineering firms, and the construction sector.
- You act as an extension of the clients, as a trusted partner, and feel truly part of the organization you are working for at that moment.
- This can be in an RPO setup for one fixed client, "on Demand" for various clients, or a combination of both.
- There is ample room for personal initiative within this young, developing company.
What you do
- Be the connecting factor between people and work.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from intake to writing job descriptions.
- Negotiate offers.
- Celebrate the first working day of placed candidates.
Profile
- Genuinely interested in people.
- Strong communicator, often listens better than speaks.
- Asks probing questions and reads between the lines.
- Values clarity and honesty.
- Works diligently, takes responsibility, and adheres to agreements.
- Independent, but not solitary.
- Authentic.
What they ask
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level, supplemented with several years of relevant work experience.
- Experience preferably gained on the agency side and also having seen how recruitment works internally within organizations.
- Affinity with the technology and industry sectors is a must.
Practical
- Willing to work at least 1 day per week (preferably Monday) with colleagues at the office.
