An organization is looking for a Test and Service Technician for the maintenance of their rental and second-hand machine fleet. The role focuses on troubleshooting machine malfunctions and providing customer-oriented service.
What you will do.
- Analyze technical problems experienced by customers with their machines.
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and improvements on the machines.
- Be responsible for the maintenance and overhaul of the rental and second-hand fleet.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers bringing in their machines for repair.
- Prepare the work of field technicians by collecting, assembling, and administratively processing necessary parts and tools.
- Conduct technical tests and analyses on returned parts.
Profile
- At least an A2 technical diploma.
- Work in an orderly and solution-oriented manner.
- Good understanding of technical drawings and knowledge of assembly techniques.
- Welding is a plus, but not an absolute requirement.
- Perfect command of Dutch and/or English.
