This assignment is for a STIP Coordinator who enjoys being on site and is energized by coordinating and monitoring contractors. What you will do. As a STIP Coordinator, you are the link between internal requesters and the various contracting companies. You ensure that works are correctly scheduled, safely executed, and delivered with quality.
- Coordinate scaffolding, tracing, insulation, and painting works performed by various contractors.
- Act as a point of contact between internal requesters and contractors.
- Daily coordination of activities and preparation and follow-up of daily and weekly planning.
- Manage and monitor the STIP register in SAP and the contractor portal.
- Conduct site visits with contractors to discuss and explain assignments on location.
- Perform field checks on ongoing and completed works.
- Independently perform field observations and LMRA's.
- Monitor safe, qualitative, and cost-efficient execution according to agreements.
- Check quality and housekeeping upon delivery of works.
Profile
- You have an A2 diploma in Mechanics or equivalent relevant technical experience.
- You are strong in communication and take initiative where necessary.
