HR Business Partner

• Partner with plant and site leaders on a broad range of HR topics.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve performance, employee engagement, retention, productivity, and workplace culture.
• Lead and support core HR processes, including workforce planning, talent management, learning & development, and performance management.
• Advise on employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and complex HR cases.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to support business decision-making.
• Support organizational change initiatives and drive adoption across the site.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and relevant employment legislation.
• Support diversity, inclusion, and culture-related initiatives.

What they ask

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar HR advisory role.
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, food, FMCG, chemical, or comparable environment is highly preferred.
• Strong background in employee relations and workforce planning.
• Experience supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using HR data to drive decisions.
• Able to work independently and navigate complex business environments.
