As a Test/QA Domain Expert, you will improve the maturity level of testing for a financial institution. Improved Test/QA maturity must result in:
- fewer production issues
- higher change confidence
- shorter test phase lead times
What you do
- Standardizing test processes, tooling and reporting on all levels of testing
- Lead the test/QA community and incorporate their feedback into the test standards
- Monitor the test metrics trends for the organization, detect and act promptly for anomalies in those metrics
- Support development teams in the adoption of standard processes and tools
