Within the occupational therapy professional group, active work is done on professional development and collaboration within the treatment department of a healthcare organization.
In the long term, there is an ambition to become the chair of the occupational therapists' professional group.

- You advise residents on their daily activities and tailor your therapy to their individual circumstances and wishes.
- You work closely with colleagues from various disciplines.
- You provide advice to care teams and informal caregivers to improve the quality of life.
- You contribute to innovation and quality improvement within elderly care.
- The role of professional group chair focuses on promoting uniformity and quality within the field, connecting the professional group, treatment department, and domains, and stimulating professional group development and training.
