What you do

You are responsible for hospitalized patients under the supervision of service specialists.
You ensure continuity of care in the care unit in collaboration with service specialists.
You welcome hospitalized patients, initiate treatment and work-up, compile the file, and monitor its evolution.
You write discharge reports and other usual documents for hospitalized patients.
You ensure telephone availability for internal and external medical colleagues and participate in interdisciplinary dialogues.
You support nursing and paramedical teams.
You manage relationships with patients' families.
You perform other ad hoc tasks related to the function.
Continuous support from specialists is provided.
On-call duties and weekends are not foreseen for this position.

You are a general practitioner.
You have good communication skills and are ready for friendly interdisciplinary collaboration.
You contribute to the continuous improvement of the service and the quality of patient care.
You speak both national languages well or are willing to improve in the other language. Multilingualism is an asset.

An independent contractor agreement is offered.
