What you will do. You will make an impact by empowering clients in a short time, working evidence-based, and thinking outside protocols when necessary. You will work with a broad, generalist treatment population, making your work varied and intellectually challenging. The focus is on effectively addressing complaints and strengthening clients' self-reliance.
- Conducting intakes, diagnostics, and treatments as the primary therapist.
- Treating beyond protocols where necessary, based on your professional expertise.
- Treating, among others, depression, anxiety and panic disorders, trauma/PTSD, somatoform complaints, OCD, tics, and conversion disorders.
- Guiding and providing content support to colleagues through supervision and work guidance.
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team and reporting to the team leader.
Profile
You are an entrepreneurial and committed GZ-psychologist who enjoys contributing to the improvement of care processes and quality. You work independently, have strong communication skills, and feel comfortable in an informal team atmosphere.
