You contribute to the development of new knowledge, skills, and attitudes among participants in training courses, enabling them to apply these in practice.
What you do
- Make lessons interactive and varied
- Utilize relevant (digital) teaching methods to enhance the learning experience and foster engagement
- Develop teaching materials (handouts, online content, practical exercises) and/or ensure existing materials are up-to-date and relevant
- Co-create new training courses in the sector with the sector manager and/or co-instructors
- Coach trainees throughout the course so they achieve their goals
What they ask
- Proven work experience as a mechanical drafter
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD with a focus on drawing mechanical parts
- An open learning attitude and empathy for people at different stages of the learning process
- Some experience with teaching or public speaking is a plus (a pedagogical diploma is not a requirement)
