You are responsible for a team of approximately 15 professionals who execute single or multiple private tenders.
- You motivate and coach employees effectively.
- You lead a team of professionals, collaborate with fellow team leaders, and contribute to the mission and vision of a supporting government organization.
- You participate in multidisciplinary consultation forums and propose improvements for business processes.
- You work in a results-oriented, integral manner, collaborating with a broad network of experts.
- Your expertise directly contributes to the operational strength and national security of a government organization.
Profile
- Academic working and thinking level or a completed HBO education supplemented with Nevi 2 (or equivalent).
- Experienced team player accustomed to leading employees in complex projects within a politically sensitive organization.
- Stimulates the growth of your (multidisciplinary) team and delegates effectively.
- Combines analytical sharpness with decisive execution.
- Extensive experience in preparing and executing complex procurement processes and in drafting and assessing tender documents and agreements (preferably).
- A natural negotiator: conducts convincing discussions with suppliers, governments, and companies, both nationally and internationally.
- Accustomed to working project-based, also in multidisciplinary teams, and has experience in change processes.
- Acts with integrity, plans and organizes, and maintains focus on results.
- Dutch nationality is required.
- CV and letter must be submitted in Dutch.
