What you do
- Process and verify personnel mutations
- Monitor the completeness and accuracy of personnel administration
- Investigate and resolve error messages, missing data, and discrepancies between systems
- Answer questions from employees and managers about existing and new HR processes
- Support communication regarding process changes
- Proactively identify administrative bottlenecks and contribute ideas for practical improvements
What they ask
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in HR administration or HR Operations
- Demonstrable experience with Youserve (a strict requirement)
- Extensive experience with processing and verifying personnel data
- Experience with HR transitions, system implementations, or data conversions is a strong plus
- Proficient in Dutch and English
